pre-registratie Alpha Motorhomes Reis naar het zuiden
Voorstelling Rimor, Chausson, Pilote
You can already sign up for the information session about the trip to the south organized by Alpha Motorhomes in collaboration with Travel and More.
More information will follow in early 2026, but we’d like to let you know that the cost per motorhome will be 5,050 euros, so you won’t be faced with any surprises.
Please note: Since space is very limited, this pre-registration only grants access to the information session and does not constitute a reservation for the trip itself.
DURATION & PERIOD
This trip lasts 15 days, with 14 overnight stays.
The scheduled departure date is Monday, April 27, 2026 (week 18).
Scheduled to return to Belgium on Monday, May 11, 2026 (week 20).
This way, the Flemish and French school vacations are avoided.
CONFORT
The Comfort travel package spoils the customer by allowing them to travel worry-free, since most of the trip has been planned and arranged in advance. This includes, among other things, all accommodations being reserved and paid for.
The Comfort Package will have travelers in seventh heaven thanks to a starter pack of meals. For each person, we provide several exceptionally flavorful yet easy-to-prepare main meals. Where possible, each meal consists of a starter, main course, and dessert.
To this end, we have been working with KATERING (www.katering.be) for several years now, where Chef Kevin knows how to surprise not only us, but especially our customers, with high-quality meals.
This offers travelers less stress before departure and the opportunity to shop locally.
During this trip, TRAVEL and MORE is responsible for:
· reserving the necessary campsites at (where possible) high-quality campgrounds (with restroom facilities where possible)
· guidance, first aid, photographer, cooking (together), …
· 5-day culinary starter kit from KATERING (3-course meals)
If the weather is dry, we can prepare this together,
When it's raining, anyone can prepare it in the RV.
Before departure, we ask about allergies and intolerances, preferences regarding (non-)alcoholic beverages, and foods that are absolutely off-limits, …
· planning food and beverage stops along the way
(where participants do their own grocery shopping).
· the detailed travel brochure with the routes
(tailored to the largest participating vehicle), points of interest, etc.
· SPOILER: There are a few surprises along the way…
